The Cage

The cage game is a survival game in the maze. The uniqueness of the game lies in the vertical maze, which is very different from the traditional horizontal maze. Players will regularly drop food in the maze, players need to make rational use of food to survive, and explore the vertical maze wall to find a way out.

The design concept behind the game stems from China’s COVID-19 policy in the three years from 2020 to 2022. People living in China are like living in a cage where food is given but their freedom is lost.
